Whatever Tea

Whatever Tea specializes in whatever kind of tea you want (sorry, we couldn’t help ourselves). They serve tea both hot and cold and even have some healthier options if you’re concerned about your sugar consumption. We would recommend trying one of their specialty drinks like Cold Galaxy Taro Fresh Milk or Jasmine Green Yogurt Foam. They also serve classic tea options like peach oolong tea and Ceylon black tea.

If you’re interested in a more sophisticated tea experience, it doesn’t get any better than Audrey Moment Afternoon Tea & Cafe. This is the first high tea to come to Burnaby and consists of a fancy atmosphere and delicate finger foods. Eating here feels straight out of Bridgerton. They have your classic tea options alongside fancier ones like their Creamy Earl Grey with vanilla flavour and bergamot oil or their English Cream with toffee caramels. If you want to dress up and feel fancy, then this is the best place to get tea in Burnaby.

For a more classic cafe experience, we recommend heading over to Camellia Tea & Coffee. They have your classic chalkboard menu with all their different drinks and food options written all over the wall. Not only do they have some of the best tea in Burnaby, Camellia Tea & Coffee also offers different menu items depending on the season so there is always something new to try. We’d recommend trying one of the many different pastry options available with your tea, they’re all delicious.

It would be a huge mistake if we didn’t include Chatto Tea & Coffee on our list. This is one of the newest bubble tea spots to open in Burnaby, and it has so many unique options to try. We recommend you order the Charcoal Pearl Oolong Milk Tea. Not only does it look super cool but it tastes delicious. And of course, no visit to Chatto Tea & Coffee is complete without a taiyaki.
