You can get these boba-filled croissant cubes in Burnaby
If you’ve been dying to try the TikTok croissant cube, this is just the thing for you. Patisserie and chocolatier Chez Christophe has partnered with ShareTea Lougheed to create the ultimate croissant cube—the Boba Cube.
The Boba Cube is filled with delicious milk tea cream and topped with ShareTea’s signature pearls freshly made on the day. And guess what? It has a drinkable milk tea centre!
Pre-order now for pick-up between 11am to 3pm on September 11 at Chez Christophe’s Burnaby and White Rock locations. A limited quantity of Boba Cubes will also be available for walk-ins at ShareTea Lougheed on August 28 and September 11. The first round of pre-orders for this highly anticipated dessert sold out within 48 hours, so seize your chance!
Chez Christophe generously gave us a sneak peek of the Boba Cube over the weekend, and it was a blast!
The pearls were fresh and chewy, and the milk tea cream was not too sweet and paired very well with the buttery and flaky pastry. The drinkable centre is a fun surprise but there could have been more of it because it was just that good.
The pearls and the Boba Cube are kept separately before assembly to maintain their texture and freshness, so it’s best to enjoy them as soon as possible.
When: Preorder here for pickup on Saturday, September 11
Pickup: Chez Christophe — 4717 Hastings Street, Burnaby or 1558 Johnston Road, Whiterock
Limited number of Cubes will also be available for walk-ins at ShareTea Lougheed — 435 North Road, Coquitlam
