The biggest bubble tea festival in Canada is coming to Burnaby this summer
Burnaby will be home to the largest bubble tea festival in Canada this summer.
The two-day Vancouver Bubble Tea Festival will be taking place at Swangard Stadium from July 22 to 23, 2022.
Organizers say there will be a wide variety of street food as well as a huge selection of bubble tea flavours to try.
There will also be a “pearl judging contest” where folks will be able to judge their favourite bubble tea shop.
The festival was supposed to take place in 2020 but was delayed due to the pandemic. But organizers are excited to bring people together with their favourite bubble teas this summer.
The festival will be releasing more information about the event in the coming months and we’ll keep you updated as well.
For now, organizers are asking bubble tea fans to fill out this survey, to help them collect information about your favourite Metro Vancouver bubble tea spots.
