Dream Marrow is an exhibit at the Burnaby Art Gallery that “explores the generative aspects of dreaming.” Contemporary artists Hana Amani and Audie Murray work across different mediums and “chart collective futures brought into being through expansive cosmologies. Dreaming, and other visionary acts, offer resistance to various forms of oppression, dispossession, and rule. Some of our oldest and most widely read tales, such as Arabian Nights, grew from the dreams of women resisting violence, and have since shaped political and social realities time and time again.” The opening ceremonies for Dream Marrow are on Nov. 10 from 7-9pm, or you can view it until Jan. 22. Entry is by donation with $5 being the recommended amount.

Address: Burnaby Art Gallery, 6344 Deer Lake Ave.
