A little taste of California is coming to Burnaby
Birdies Eats & Drinks, a new concept by Earls, will be taking over the former Earls Bridge Park space at 3850 Lougheed Highway.
The Earls team told the Beacon that Birdies Eats & Drinks will be a “California-inspired” eatery with a “sunny attitude and a laid-back atmosphere.”

While the Birdies team isn’t giving away too much just yet, they have hinted that “pitchers of margaritas” are definitely on the menu as well as “fresh, flavourful” meals.
This will be the Earls’ first Birdies location and is expected to open in June 2023.
Earls Bridge Park restaurant closed in January, due to its newest outpost at the Amazing Brentwood opening.
We’ll be sure to share more details about Birdies Eats & Drinks closer to opening.
