Earls at The Amazing Brentwood announces opening date

The highly anticipated Earls at The Amazing Brentwood has announced it will open its doors on Feb. 16.

The 7,600 sq. ft. restaurant is located on the plaza level of The Amazing Brentwood and will feature "warm elemental materials, lush greenery, and ample natural light to create a stylish and welcoming space where indoors and outdoors seamlessly connect," according to a release.

The interior will also highlight the artwork of local Burnaby and BC artists such as Rande Cook, Tafui, and Dina Gonzales.

Another highlight of this location is that it will have a pick-up window, making it easy and convenient for folks to order takeout.

Renowned chef David Wong created the menu, which is inspired by cuisines across the globe and will include favourites like the steak and truffle tortellini, a seafood platter, and the white chocolate crème brûlée.

Earls at The Amazing Brentwood will also feature its much-loved pizza program, with offerings like the vegan kale pizza and the prawn pizza.

Earls at The Amazing Brentwood will be open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and brunch happy hour (10am to noon), daily happy hour (2 to 5pm) and late-night bites (9pm to close).

Diners should take note that the Earls Bridge Park at 3850 Lougheed Highway has now closed.
