Magagnin told the Beacon that the food won’t be regionally specific but pay homage to “the entirety of what the peninsula has to offer.”
As for the menu, diners can look forward to lots of family-style share plates, Venetian-style cicchetti, brick-oven pizzas created from a master pizzaiolo imported from Rome.
As for drinks, the bar menu will include an Italian-inspired cocktail list, a wine program that offers but “old and new world” wines, local craft beer, amari, and, of course, plenty of grappa.
