Struggling to find something to do in Burnaby next week? Well, look no further! Here are seven events for you to check out!
Lace up your running shoes Burnaby. March 26 at 9 am you can participate in a weekly timed 5k at Central Park. Join a host of runners as they all try to beat their personal best. Runners of all skill levels are encouraged to attend and you are able to run at whatever pace you’re comfortable with. After you can join the group for a post-run coffee at Waves Coffee House, 4250 Kingsway. If it’s your first time running you must register on their website.

This classy event on March 26 will allow you to walk through the Deer Lake Gallery while listening to live music. This event is all about being classy so be sure to wear your finest clothes, come with your classiest friends, and enjoy a night of fine art, jazz music, drinks, and snacks. Local jazz musician Will Clements will be performing. This event is free but you do need to register for a ticket online.

Join drag performers Eva Scarlett and Mx. Bukuru at The Rec Room for brunch March 26 from 12–3 pm. Tickets are $15 and you can buy them online. This event will also be accompanied by a delicious brunch so be sure to grab your tickets quick.

Take your little one to this fun craft activity March 26 from 10–11am. This is a free event but in order to attend you must register for a ticket online.

Two time JUNO nominated artist Ndidi Onukwulu is coming to the Shadbolt Centre for the Arts March 31. The performance is from 8–10 pm and tickets are $35 for adults, $30 for seniors, and $15 for youth. You can also watch the livestream of the event for $15 online. Ndidi Onukwulu is a BC born blues artists who has performed in New York, Toronto, and Paris. You’ll be feeling blue if you miss out this incredible performance.
