New Burnaby restaurants keep popping up and we’re here to keep you updated. From hot pot to BBQ chicken, bubble tea, and so much more, here are some newly opened and soon-to-be-opened restaurants and cafes in the city worth checking out this March.
The newest hot pot restaurant in Burnaby is now open. Big Way Hot Pot is located at 7-4300 Kingsway. You’ll be able to choose from nearly 100 ingredients to build your own bowl.Address: 7-4300 Kingsway

bb.q Chicken is finally coming to Burnaby! According to their website, there are two new locations set for Hastings St and the Maywood area near Metrotown. Get your Sushi On when this Port Coquitlam-based sushi restaurant opens its new location at 7617 Edmonds St. Owners tell Burnaby Beacon the sushi spot will open hopefully at the beginning of April. Bubble tea lovers can rejoice because Chatto Tea & Coffee has just opened in Burnaby. Located at 5325 Lane St, this bubble tea shop is offering 20% off your entire bill until March 16. Chatto Tea & Coffee offers plenty of unique drinks to try like their Charcoal Milk Tea which is made with Oolong shipped from overseas and a layer of charcoal. Wild Flour Pizza Co is a pizza restaurant that specializes in sourdough crust. It’s set to open sometime in April at 2900 Bainbridge Ave. Wild Flour Pizza Co comes from the same people who created Scratch Kitchen and the menu will include many favourites from Scratch alongside their Margherita and Perfect Storm pizzas. In an interview with the Beacon, head chef Steven Che said they will focus on Pacific Northwest flavours and ingredients on a signature sourdough crust.Address: 2900 Bainbridge Ave
