Although minus cake shop is just past the Burnaby-Vancouver border at Boundary Rd, their beautifully decorated cakes were too good not to give a special mention to. Minus Cake Boutique takes it to the next level with four holiday designs: the Christmas Snow Globe, the Reindeer and Snowman, the Merry Yule Log, and the Santa in Forest. They do look too pretty to eat, but the delicious flavour combinations such as the Christmas Snow Globe’s assembly of vanilla sponge, yellow peach compote, white peach panna cotta, and white peach oolong tea mouse also mean that they’re too delicious not to eat!Address: 3615 Kingsway
