The Port Coquitlam-based sushi restaurant Sushi On is opening a new location in Edmonds next week.
The restaurant is known for its 48 different specialty rolls, delicious appetizers, and fresh draft beer. Sushi On told the Beacon they are hoping to open their new location in early April at 7617 Edmonds St, Burnaby where Osaka Island Japanese Restaurant used to be.
Sushi On’s menu includes specialty rolls like their Lion King roll, Thor Dragon roll, Popcorn roll, and Angry Bird roll.
