This beautiful Metrotown-area patisserie pulls out all the stops for Valentine’s Day, and this year is no exception. Indulge in an intricately created lovebirds cake with mango compote and passionfruit mousse—or, for the significant other who loves fashion, try the Louis Vuitton Chocolate Bag.

Chez Christophe always has one of the most awaited and thoughtfully created Valentine’s collections in the city. This year, pre-order your Valentine treats like the Key to my Heart Showpiece—made entirely of chocolate and filled with bonbons—or the Valentine’s Croissant Cube, stuffed with raspberry rose pastry cream.

This world-famous gelato shop is all ready to celebrate the month of love. This year, it’s releasing two special Valentine’s flavours: the Valentine’s Kiss, infused with strawberry cream liqueur and 72% dark and ruby chocolate chips; and the Bacio, inspired by the Italian chocolate Baci (which means kiss!) Visit the shop at Metrotown for now—but they’re opening a new location at The Amazing Brentwood soon, too.

Punk Rock Pastries is well-known for its avant-garde creations, and the Valentine’s treats are no exception.
