We’re big fans of seafood and we’re big fans of beer. Putting the two together seems like a no-brainer, especially when it’s Salty’s Lobster Shack and Studio Brewing! Catch the Salty’s food truck parked outside Studio on Thursday evening, and make sure to try the lobster grilled cheese.

Date: April 13 from 4 to 8pm
Address: 5792 Beresford St.

Skip the expensive florals for your summer wedding, and add a personal touch by making your own arch for your altar. You’ll learn how to create a base, secure your arch, and find out where to source beautiful blooms for your special day! This workshop will be held at Green & Oak Malaysian Restaurant, hosted by Donald and Gabriela.

Date: April 15 at 1pm
Address: #2-3760 Hastings St.

The Established, Shanda Leer is back for the best drag brunch in Burnaby at The Rec Room at The Amazing Brentwood—and this time, you’ll be serenaded by special guest Vivian Vanderpuss of Canada’s Drag Race fame! Tickets are $25, and if you want to sit with your friends, you’ll need to buy your tickets together.

Date: April 16 from 11am to 2pm
Address: #1920-2106 Willingdon Ave.
