Burnaby’s biggest, brightest holiday lights display is back
If you’re looking for a very bright holiday light show to check out in Burnaby, head to the DuPlessis Family Christmas Display.
The DuPlessis family has put on their extravagant light display every year while collecting donations for the BC Children’s Hospital.
This year, the Burnaby mega-display features a revamped ice rink with much-loved characters including Mickey and Minnie, Olaf, Charlie Brown, and Snoopy.
“The Misfit Island, Snoopy and Woodstock flying in a biplane, Bumble, Grinch in his sleigh, and Santa set a back drop for numerous angles, polar bears, trees, and so much more,” added the DuPlessis family in a release.
“This seasonal spectacle is a must see and a favourite to so many.”
The magical display is synchronized to music and plays for a 12-minute show nightly. Visitors can enjoy the lights from their vehicles by tuning in to HoHoHo Radio at 92.3 FM or while socially distanced at curbside between 4:30pm to 12:00am until January 9th, 2022.
The family is also collecting donations for BC Children’s Hospital Foundation either through their on-site dropbox or online.
