Alright, we made the horrible mistake of omitting FiorDiLatte Cafe from our original list of bakeries in Novemberโ€”and you folks let us know. We're sorry! We promise it was NOT on purpose, because FDL has some of the most delectable baked goods in the city. From hearty and savoury sandwiches to oeey-gooey pastries, it's got it allโ€”plus an aesthetically pleasing location to sit down and enjoy your meal with a nice cup of coffee.

Another Heights institution! Bon Bon Bakery has been on the scene in Burnaby for more than 40 years and with its experienced staff and delicious cakes, it's a destination for special events. Check them out for your wedding, birthday, or bridal shower! It also serves up freshly baked bread alongside cookies, pastries, and more.

This family-owned joint near Edmonds doesn't have much of a social media presence, but online reviewers say it's a must-visit. Try the vanilla cookies, the pull-apart bread with sesame seeds, and the baklava!
