Small Victory is finally set to open its Burnaby location

The much-anticipated Small Victory Burnaby location is finally set to open at The Amazing Brentwood.

The popular Vancouver-based bakery, known for its coffee, delectable house-made pastries, beautifully crafted desserts, and bread, announced on Instagram that its outpost at The Amazing Brentwood will soft-open on Tuesday, Sept. 28 at noon.

“Behind the scenes, our team has been hard at work with planning, setup and training,” stated the Small Victory team on its Instagram post.

“If you’ve walked by recently, you’ve probably smelled test baking wafting through the Grand Lobby as we get our equipment up and running. Opening a new location during a global pandemic is no piece of cake, and we are so glad to finally welcome you into our space and meet our new neighbours.”

The menu at the Brentwood location features a roster of sweet treats, including pan au chocolat, scones, panna cotta, tiramisu, cinnamon buns, loaves, and cookies.

They also have a brunch menu that’s available from 8:30am to 2 pm, which offers up items like salmon quiche, croissant breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, and classic scones with cream and jam.
